HELP 23 has been created as a new help index for artifacts! While a couple of the scrolls listing the actual artifacts are incomplete, HELP ARTIFACT POWERS now lists the bare command seen when you ASK QEDDWYN ABOUT ARTIFACT POWERS (Thanks Tralendar!). HELP ARTIFACTS has been torn in half, now separated into HELP ARTIFACT PURCHASES which explains purchases, and HELP ARTIFACTS which has a list and artifact commands. HELP MINIPET LIST has been created (Thanks Alexina!). Updates have been given to all scrolls in 23.2-23.4
