There was a fix made the other day to some Treasury commands. It used to be that you would supply a negative number if you wanted to remove gold from a ministry, and a positive number to add gold to a ministry.

Now, if you want to add gold to a ministry you do ALLOCATE 1000 TO WAR, and to remove gold from a ministry you would do ALLOCATE 1000 FROM WAR.

So it's 'TO' to add gold to a ministry, 'FROM' to remove gold from a ministry.
