Sapience, Albedos. Aetolia.

The Spirean claim upon magic is interesting in the same way that Sapience was once a cancerous growth upon the Eschaton's Creation. Unfortunately, I suspect the treatment for said claim is about as improbable as the removal of Sapience from Aetolia. Their delusions are already their reality.

Instead of addressing the Spireans, I will make the stance of the Ascendril quite clear.

Under Legyn's initial argument, all magic beneath the sky is the property of Spinesreach through the domain of Tanixalthas, because it is beneath the sky.

We will first address the logical fallacy, here: the argument that this claim puts forward is too sparse. Only magic? If it is beneath the sky, then this claim can be applied to -everything- upon Sapience. That's right: the Sun Drinker (and Her extremely hinged and stable executors, the Theocracy of Spinesreach) now owns all of you. Spinesreach owns your houses, Spinesreach owns your body, Spinesreach owns your soul, Spinesreach owns the Heartwood, Spinesreach owns the Grand Flame, Spinesreach owns the Mhojave Desert and Ati - because Ati is in the skies.

The fallacy speaks for itself.

Perhaps more important than the fallacy, however, is the presumption that they can lay claim to your magicks through the God that sleeps in their Spires.

This presumption is also flatly false.

There is only one God that can lay claim to magic, and you felt Its touch in your heads several times in recent history.

Odravh, the Abyssal. Odravh, the source of magic. Odravh, the keeper of the Planar Spiral.

Odravh, a God that was capable of providing the essence to form another God.

Odravh, a God that stopped reality itself from crumbling due to the False Creator Varian's feeble attempts to steal the Eschaton's Creation.

Spinesreach cannot usurp the Source of Magic itself.

Now, if then Sun Drinker wants to fight the Abyssal for it? I would love to see that.
