We're trialing a new command for Cardinals: CITY WORLDBURN

This invokes the worldburn power using your city patron's shrines. However, unlike a normal worldburn, this will instead only hit enemies to your city.

It shares its cooldown with the Order of the God, and must be invoked at the patron's master shrine.

Once again, this is a trial and if we're not happy with how it affects the game's landscape it'll be removed again.
