It is Saturday, the 27th of January, and the following changes have been implemented:

- Culture ministers may now use the CRIER command to alter what your city crier says.

- Comforting, Rejuvenating, Soothing, and Invigorating howls are now marked as assist skills for HOWL and BAY.

- The turtle ferry to Libec Cay is now considered a safe room and the shrine inside of it removed. If you find other ferries capable of holding shrines, please cease erecting the shrine and bug it. Thanks!
