Bardic and Artisanal contests

We will be making a change to the way the bardic contest is handled.
Rather than having works of creative writing sent by e-mail for gods to
judge, we will be incorporating the world's libraries in a much more
'grass-roots' system of ranking such works and awarding prizes to those
that garner the most acclaim.

As of August, please consider the bardic contest on hiatus until this
new concept is implemented. For now if you are an aspiring bard,
historian, author, or poet, the best way to prepare for the change is to
publish your works in book form, have them stocked in a
publicly-accessible library (each city has one, for instance), and
encourage others to visit the library and enjoy your works.

Please note that the Artisanal contests will continue just as before.
This change affects the Bardic contest only.

Now without further preamble, I present the contest winners for the
months of May and June:

-MAY ARTISANAL CONTEST-

Runners-up:Serivalis, Sigrud, and Takara
Merit award: Sarin

-MAY BARDIC CONTEST-
