Tailoring and Woodcraft sketches that have been copied from approved
designs _and which have not been changed after being copied_ will be
automatically be approved by the craft guild now. This means that once
you get a design approved, you can always get a new copy made of it with
no hassle. It should also cut down on the designs the craft guild has to
review, resulting in faster turnaround times on designs.
