A few good immortals

Aetolia is again looking for some new celani to help out in the Garden,
including mopping up after Slyphe's frequent outbursts, gutting Haern's
kills, and scrubbing off those tough scorch marks that Rahn leaves on
the floors. It's not a pretty job, but if you have a love of the realm
and a desire to contribute, you may just find it one of the more
rewarding things you've done.

If you're interested in being a Celani in Aetolia, you must have at
least 200 hours played here and be able to answer a broad variety of
general knowledge questions about Aetolia. It also helps to possess a
patient and personable attitude, a creative spark, and the desire to
work hard to enhance the enjoyment of others.

To apply, please send an e-mail to celani@aetolia.com with a subject
line indicating your application. Please include your character name,
real life full name, city and country where you live, real occupation,
educational background, and anything that you think might make you
especially qualified (customer service experience, writing skills, etc).
A writing sample would not hurt if you have one available. Please also
select one aspect of Aetolia that you think needs improvement and
describe how _you_ would go about improving it if you were a God.

Celanihood is potentially a route to Godhood, though that depends solely
on your performance and qualities displayed as a Celani. Celani are
expected to show great self-motivation and initiative. You're expected
to find where your skills can be best applied and apply them there
without being pressured to do so. You must give up your mortal persona
and not play him/her at all, though any time before promotion to God you
may return to your mortal character by giving up your immortality. The
amount of time and effort you spend, as well as the quality of your
efforts, are factors in promotions. So the better and more you do, the
more quickly you can be promoted (though promotion is not guaranteed, it
is earned).
