I've just loaded up an experimental change to how NPC shops restock their wares.

Previously, their entire stock would replenish at the Howling/Midnight GMT day change. This allowed people to immediately buy out certain wares as soon as the day change happened, and anybody who wasn't around for it was out of luck.

The change I've just loaded makes it so NPC shops will now replenish their stock over time, instead of all at once on the day change, in hopes of giving everybody a fair shot. I'll be keeping the actual timings to myself, but you can assume that items with a lower max stock value will replenish slower than items with a higher max stock value.
