Rurin's monopoly on commodity sales has broken! The villages of Aetolia
each now sell some locally-produced commodities out of special commodity
shops in the villages. Each city also has a commodity broker who sells
imported commodities out of a commodity shop in the city, but at
increased prices. Prices on all commodity shops will fluctuate with
demand, so an enterprising commodity trader could buy inexpensively from
the villages and sell for a markup in her own shop.
