A couple changes I forgot to announce.

First the balance_taken, damage_change, and experience_change settings
will carry across sessions now.

Secondly you can now set your health or mana to be displayed as a
percent or as a number (like it is now).

CONFIG PROMPT HEALTH <normal|percentage>
CONFIG PROMPT MANA <normal|percentage>
