A little clarification about the artifact scythes. The stats listed in
the post are the base stats. All scythe stats are modified when the
scythe is created. The stats are based on your skill level in Hematurgy.
This ranges from 1 to 12 at Transcendent. After you buy the scythe, do
the Thirst Scythe ritual and the stats will be raised to the correct
amount. If at any time your skillrank increased in Hematurgy, redo the
ritual and your scythe will be reset to the correct stats.

Additionally, you CANNOT buy serration on a scythe, so everyone that is
messaging me can feel at ease.
