Necromancy Liaisons

DEVOTION
------------------------------------
- You can now CONFIG PROMPT DEVOTION <on|off>.

TAROT
------------------------------------
- The Wheel Tarot now has its own writhe type/affliction.

- A player cannot be afflicted with Hangedman and Wheel at the same
time. If someone is afflicted with Hangedman, while afflicted with
wheel, the Wheel affliction will be removed. The opposite is also
true.

- The writhe time for Wheel is slightly shorter then Hangedman.

- The complete time on Wheel has been slightly increased.

NECROMANCY
------------------------------------
- New Skill: NIGHTSIGHT

- Transcendence has been moved to Domination.

- You can now CONFIG PROMPT ESSENCE <on|off>.

- All new infernal novices will now get Necromancy and Chivalry.
Forging will be received after novicehood. Current Infernal novices
will not be changed.

- I am not sure if this was well known, but all undead necromancers have
a 20% reduction in essence costs for all skills which use essence. It
has been like this for a while.

- Reduced the balance and mana costs of shrivel.

- You can now SHRIVEL HEAD or THROAT. Which will damage the throat of
the target making it impossible for them to talk or howl. It is cured
with mending/orbis.

- Extrication will work from any graveyard or room with gravehands
running in it.

- Undead are no longer affected by gravehands.

- Gravehands will give a room message when it stops movement now.

- Gravehands already had a chance to stop player attempting to FLY from
a room, so no change was made to that.

- Deathaura no longer randomly wears off. You will have to DEATHAURA OFF
in order to stop it.

- Deathaura damage is now based on a percentage of target health.

- Adjusted the amount of damage that can be affected by modifiers for
deathaura.

- Fixed a couple of possible issues that may have significantly changed
the amount of damage with deathaura, as it was not assigned the proper
damage type.

- Extermination will give the user more essence then they will lose.

- Consuming hearts will give 50% more essence to undead players.

- Vengeance is no longer strippable.

- Putrefaction damage has been reduced, but is now unblockable.

- Reduced the amount of cutting damage that putrefaction blocks.

- Putrefaction will now slightly reduce blunt damage.

- If you have gravechill up, Decay will now hit with cold damage.

- There are some weird rumors about how damage for decay is calculated
when hitting players. Currently decay does 8% of the targets max
health, plus a flat amount of damage depending on if they are undead
or use devotion. It also increases damage based on the players skill
level in necromancy. 100% of the damage is then modified based on
armour, and a few other things.

- Several reports asked to have the damage a little more predictable.
As such, I have slightly reduced the damage done by decay, but I have
set 50% of the damage to be modified by armour, and 50% not modified.

- Drain will transfer 100% of essence if both players are undead. 90%
if one player is undead. 80% if neither are undead.

- Drain will now stop if the target has reached 100% essence.

- I initially approved a report for a skill that would attack angels. I
decided that it would not work out very well and purposely did not
create it.

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Arios, in the year 228 MA.
