NEW SKILL Despair Tarot, Will drain mana from everyone in the room when
the caster's pain thresehold is exceeded.
Chariots now bear the mark of owner.
BOARD CHARIOT will find your personal chariot first, if it is in the
room.
CALL CHARIOT, will summon your chariot within the local area.
Devil tarot is now a defence that will stay with the owner until used or
stripped.
Added LUSTED command to list just that.
