3.9 Yell command
The YELL command can be used to send a message to everyone in the same area and all adjacent areas as the person yelling. For instance, if you were to stand in Riparium and YELL "Where did all the dry land go?", everyone else in Riparium and its surrounding areas would hear "(Your name) yells, "Where did all the dry land go?"". Note that everyone in the area will hear what you yelled, and identify you as the person yelling. The syntax for yelling is YELL <your message>. Expressiveness, as detailed under HELP EXPRESSIVENESS, may be used to modify yelling: YELL *loudly It's on the beach! (Your name) yells loudly, "It's on the beach!"
