20.11.76 Libec Cay and Kelun Harbor

Situated in the sea off the east coast of Sapience, Libec Cay is a small island that is holy to the Tempest. Tropical plants are abundant upon the island, and a small town of kelki, called Kelun Harbor, has sprung up in the shadow of the Tempest's temple upon the island. The island can be reached from a small, somewhat hidden cove in the eastern wilderness.
