5.15 Bleeding
When you are hit by something that causes you to bleed in Aetolia, such as a sharp sword, you will usually begin to bleed. After you begin bleeding, you'll continue to bleed health points every so often. Your body will gradually clot the blood, but this will take time. With a small amount of knowledge in Survival, you will be able to see how much you are bleeding for by checking with the command BLEEDING. There are methods available to quicken the clotting of blood. The main way is to receive a moss tattoo, which will automatically clot a decent amount of bleeding for you every so often. Otherwise, there are abilities which will allow you to reduce the amount you bleed, such as Clotting in Survival (AB SURVIVAL CLOTTING). Deep bleeding is a rare occurance that can happen if you find yourself unfortunate enough to be struck by an ability that causes it. This special kind of bleeding cannot be lowered until after the first time you bleed. Once you bleed and lose some health, it will turn into normal bleeding which can be clotted like normal. You will no longer be able to bleed if you happen to find yourself alive with less than or equal to zero health points. Death will be mere inches away irregardless of what bodily fluids you may have left to excrete.
