Ironman Duel

After thinking about it for a bit, the items in HELP IRONMAN that only apply during Great Hunts will -not- apply during the Ironman Duel.

The most important considerations from this is that enhancements (like bal/eq recovery) and racial skill unlocks will be available during the event.

And of course, everyone will have an inbuilt ‘equilibrium_recovery’ artifact during it as well.

This should keep options wide-open as possible while maintaining the spirit of the event, which is basically a no-artifact Duel.
