Conquest

Although it is a lofty compliment paid upon the citizens of the North, I'm afraid I have to inform you that Spinesreach lacks the morals that define the roles of heroes and saviours you cast us into. What we certainly do not lack, however, is the ambition to seize the opportunities glimmering upon the horizons and the conviction to walk the road we paved for ourselves through to the end.
Say what you may, Maeve Visara, but in the end, it matters not if your Empire is weak or strong. What it has become is a nation-state that is self-involved, self-indulgent, and disappointing. In the frosty reaches where I call home, I challenge the foundations of the Empire our Progenitor and Hegemonist has founded, in hopes of bringing fierce pride to what He champions.
Domination. Conquest.
The Dragon of the North will deign to educate the vassal state of Bloodloch on what these two words really mean.
A Tyrant of a different kind in all but the title,
I am,
Regent Elene Arcan-Tetzauh
