However, the inquiry our client is most interested in having answered is whether or not working against the Stoneguard Initiative shall be interpreted as working against the city-state of Spinesreach since you, a Viceroy of aforementioned entity, is proclaiming it to be an arm of your theocracy's militia. Along a similar vein, if it is indeed an official arm of your militia, would transgressing against the edicts being put forth by your committee result in being enemied to the Dragon of the North.

We ask that your committee please elaborate upon the proclamation that was issued in the aforementioned article so interested parties can make sound economic decisions and adjust relations as appropriate in support or condemnation of your new protectorate.
