Wahelei, Guul Rog, and the Council of Five,

Over the years, I have committed numerous acts that have brought harm and suffering to many within our beloved city. My crimes span a wide and grievous spectrum, and I wish to outline them openly in acknowledgment of my wrongdoings and in pursuit of a diplomatic resolution to my criminal reign.

Acknowledgment of Crimes
1. Propaganda: I have disseminated false and manipulative information to control public perception, creating division and unrest among the populace.

2. Assassination Attempts: I have orchestrated and executed plans to eliminate key figures who opposed my rule, endangering lives and destabilizing the city's governance.

3. Malicious Bedlam: I have incited chaos and disorder, undermining the city's peace and security for my gain.

4. Arson: I have ordered the intentional setting of fires to intimidate, punish, or distract from other criminal activities, causing fear and property loss.

5. Destruction of Property: I have willfully damaged public and private property, depriving citizens of their possessions and livelihoods.

6. Murder: I have taken lives directly and through my orders, causing irreversible pain and loss to families and communities.

7. Torture: I have inflicted severe pain and suffering on individuals to extract information, punish, or instill terror, violating the fundamental rights and dignity of human beings.

Commitment to Diplomatic Resolution
In light of these egregious offenses, I have made the difficult decision to seek a diplomatic end to my criminal activities. This choice is mine and mine alone, driven by a profound sense of remorse and a genuine desire to make amends.

I stand ready to face the consequences of my actions, whatever they may be, as deemed appropriate by the Council of Five. I submit myself to your judgment and the rule of law, understanding the gravity of my crimes and the impact they have had on the city.

Request for Reintroduction to Society
It is my hope that through this process, I can serve my sentence and eventually be reintroduced back into society. I am committed to rehabilitation and to contributing positively to the Free City of Delve in any way I can once my sentence is complete.
