Those who are not enemied are once more welcome to visit and shop as they please, and those who were enemied during the period of martial law may once more attempt to resolve those statuses.

For those who actively worked against the interests of the Theocracy, your fine will be fifty thousand gold sovereigns in addition to any previously accumulated fines.

For those enemied for lesser crimes such as trespassing, your fine will be ten thousand gold sovereigns.

In lieu of either fine, an individual can opt to instead face Spirean justice - and the guillotine - as a way to resolve their status.
