It is pleasing to see that the rise of Qor Qogol has spurred you into motion, echoing the call to arms that Zenith's Vigil once sounded, to my regret, emptily. However, already you all can see that Ambition transcends morality, right, wrong, and creed. It is the relentless ascent to unending heights, and to the very pinnacle of the Zenith. The peak is all that matters; all cost is worth paying.

To the Ambassador of Djeir: platitudes of bygone camaraderie fall on deaf ears. The Dragon has marked your absence in our times of siege and strife, from the raid of Nalalsa and the Dreikathi alliance to the tumult of Monomachy. I will admit that our hands were forced with the declarations of the three city-states, but we were content to focus on the matters on hand. Your maneuvering has drawn our focus, necessitating that we now consider you within the scope of our vigilance.
