Until hostilities with Qor Qogol reach their conclusion, the Empire of Bloodloch will not be taking Spirean guests. Imperial law has been amended to reflect this temporary security measure.

A notable exception has been made for those Spireans who keep shopfronts within the Empire proper, provided that they take proper security precautions, travel alone, and linger only so long as needed to attend their establishments. Should a breach of security occur as a result, permit to do so will be revoked and shops will be seized.
