Greetings All!

We are just under sixteen weeks out from the Spirean 'Ball of Winter Beasts', run by Spinesreach and the 'COOL DRAGONSPIREFIRE CULTURE TEAM'.

Here is a reminder of the basic details:
Location: Coordinates v56631 in Spinesreach, within our amusement area.
Date: Around the 7th of Sapiarch in the year 3MA (15 weeks and 5.5 days from this posting)
Attire: Shades of snow OR costumes around winter beasts.

Event Agenda:
-Welcome to start things off and gift bags handed out.
-Music and dance to start after, from the wonderful Melpo and Spirean youth music troupe!
-A dance from a special guest during a break.
-A storytelling contest.
-More dancing!
-Wrap things up with the best dressed contest. There will be votes on best dressed as well as just winter beast costumes.

Before the event, I will be running the following contests with credit prizes of 3rd (5), 2nd (10), and 1st (15) for each:
-Food - things that are hearty and warm, to help one survive the cold and hibernation - or, something to appreciate the falling snow.
-Drink - same as recipes for food!
-A scavenger hunt!

Deadline to submit for these three events: 6th of Dharos, 2 MA at night (approximately seven weeks from now at the howling)

How to submit food and drink recipes: allow me/Spinesreach access or transfer over to myself/Spinesreach directly

How to submit for the scavenger hunt: reach out to me!
Deadline to complete scavenger hunt: the day of the event!

Even if you do not win one of the three places in the contests, you'll still get a small gold prize for your participation.

Last but not least - the gift exchange. These gifts would be exchanged during the party at your leisure - you will be paired up. I have around four of us involved so far, but please feel free to contact me if you'd like to get in on it! I'll want to know who all wants to participate by no later than ten weeks from now at the howling, which is around 24th of Dharos, 2 MA.
