The transformation of the statue once dedicated to Varian is complete, and from this day forward, it shall be known as Zenith's Vigil. This monument stands as a testament to Severn's perpetual guardianship over His realm, ensuring its sanctity and prosperity.

Our ascension from the ashes of the last War of Night, through the trials of a threefold conflict against the other city-states, to our emergence as an unparalleled power within Sapience, has been a journey of resilience and indomitable will. The completion of Zenith's Vigil, unchallenged by any, underscores our unmatched status and the fearlessness of the Dragon.

This monumental achievement was forged by the collective strength and dedication of every member of the Dragon. From the esteemed citizens to the humblest rellyw, from our skilled engineers to the valiant troops, each has contributed to this historic accomplishment. While we honor Severn, the Ard Dhasani of Spinesreach, I also recognize the initial spark of ambition kindled by Lirou, our Warden, whose vision set us upon this path.

In embracing the ethos of the Lord Jackal, though He counts among the newest in our Pantheon, we reaffirm a truth as ancient as time itself: History is written by the actions of the ambitious. Our endeavor has not only expunged the legacy of a creator who faltered but has also exalted the narrative of a new architect of destiny.
