There is real feeling and emotion to words. A bit of ourselves is prone to leap out and attach in an attempt to be something more. To be accepted and understood. Not always for just or selfless reasons. Sometimes with pride or malice. With loss or relief. Anger or love. A literal storm of feelings and emotions; different for a varied people.
An uncertain future is upon us and were all reeling in some way. Change can be difficult to process, to move on from, and to learn from. Upheaval. Violent with overwhelming intensity which can feel insurmountable. The fury of the storm can fluctuate with a madness built from ages before - of unbelievable beauty and powers in flux - of real, unbridled emotion.
A storm can be nurturing and destructive in such beautiful ways. With the strength of the elements to help growth and progress. The demanding, overwhelming force of change is ever present upon its path. The winds can move mountains with their willful purpose creating an always changing horizon. Lighting can strike true and destroy foundations with no mercy so that a better passage can be seized and molded into something stronger.
A storm can be a test to a people that collectively must be better, must first grow themselves before striking outward, an explosion of purpose, hope, and determination. Betrayal and loss can often feel impossible to overcome because the storm is impartial, it's only constant being the raw, unbridled wrath of unpredictable transformation.
In an Age of Storms there is no defined outcome. There is no one true answer. The only certainty is that through each storm we will change, we must grow, and we must survive. Survival is our greatest success and can feel like our worst failure. We know that amid the storm not Everyone survives; the past cannot be changed but we can seize our future.
Memories of each storm we endure are important. Introspection is paramount. Growth must be a priority. There is pride in what we have accomplished and our collapses can be exquisite. We must not linger because in an Age of Storms you must be resolute in your convictions to fulfill your ambitions and greater motivations. We must battle for our dreams and desires.
We will be magnificent in our Age of Storms.
