To whom it may concern,

On the 15th of Lleian, the Dragon of the North decreed that the territory we once called Bloodloch and now call Nalalsa would no longer be recognized as a formal citystate.

The sanctions imposed in Public News 7030 were to continue until Tyrant Asaraii and War Minister Borminchia were removed from power and reparations made to the Dragon for a breach of trust.

The aforementioned conditions having been met, the sanctions imposed are now officially revoked.

This declaration applies only to official city policy, and individual citizens are free to control their shop policies as they will. The territory of Nalalsa, also known as Bloodloch, shall have the opportunity to prove to us that they are more than what we have termed them.
