The Territory of Nalalsa

To the Territory of Nalalsa,
Treacherous vermin, but formidable foes. You fought well, but you have been defeated and your betrayal is not forgotten.
Just this past day, I watched as another of the Earthen Father's children was ruthlessly slaughtered by the primitive savages of the Council of Duiran. The Dragon of the North and the Territory of Nalalsa frequently do not see eye to eye. Yet, the Dragon believed it shared some semblance of common ground with what was formerly the Empire of Bloodloch in this regard.
The Council of Duiran stands not merely against the Earthen Undead but against all who strive to surpass the constraints of the Cycle. The Council even terrorizes and threatens the living who stand alongside us, by mercilessly sacrificing them on a whim to the ravenous spirits of a wild plane.
We did not ask for Nalalsa's assistance. We asked for Nalalsa not to stand in our way.
Nalalsa responded by secretly passing along information regarding diplomatic conversations between the Dragon and Nalalsa to the Council of Duiran itself - who we believed to be a mutual enemy. Nalalsa then proceeded to unite with that very Council, egregiously break a treaty with another citystate, and publically and repeatedly blame the Dragon for all of its transgressions.
Your territory can no longer be trusted to honor its word, nor can it be trusted to negotiate in good faith. Your territory may seek to mend this broken trust, or it may continue to be isolated. I care not. You have wasted enough of our time.
The Dragon has demonstrated that it will not tolerate such betrayals, now or in the future.
