A farewell to the Council

Greetings, Council.
I had intended to ask your scribes to post this prior to the ending of my term as your Occupation-General, but as circumstances would have it, I was unable to. Though we are both glad of its ending, it is a pity that it was not as lengthy as the term imposed upon the Hammer by the Empire. Alas, we cannot all be as fortunate.
But here we are, and so I must make do and make this post public instead. It has been an enriching time for me, and I hope it could be said for you all. I have certainly enjoyed telling those of you who were interested enough the culture of my people, cruelly stolen from this world for a misplaced vendetta. As for me, though your cooperation was not as forthcoming as I'd have liked in the earlier weeks, I was able to learn what I had needed to as per the terms of the treaty.
Just as a Dragon's word is Law, so too must I conclude a promise that I have made. When I began my term as your Occupier, I set forth a challenge for members of the Council to design a memorial for Sterion. I was pleased with the response I received, and the number of you that reached out to myself to learn more about my lost home. Unfortunately, I found that I cannot just select one memorial as the best, and so I must select two. The first I will grant thirty credits as I promised, and the second - while I received anonymously - will receive twenty. If you submitted the second design, reach out to the person who submitted it to me.
For posterity's sake, the winning designs are the following:
First: an shamanistic monument bearing numerous kagamine bells
Second: a somber walkway through the massacre of Niuran 503
While it may take some time, I intend to use both for when my memorial is complete, and hence I have chosen both.
Farewell, Council. It has been... interesting.
