My predecessors were reasonable. I, however, represent the Avarice of Corruption, and so long as a I am Regent, I will drive Spinesreach towards its desires, even if the Spiral must descend into ruin.

Stormcaller Crag, the Bravestarr Homesteads, and Rimewatch are the territories of Spinesreach, and we will govern them as a Theocracy should.

We will honour Lord Severn, the Manipulator, Whose Reason and Artifice saved Sapience, and Who commanded us to surpass mortality.

We will honour Lady Tanixalthas, Sky Dreaming, Whose great wings shelter the Growth of our city.

We will honour Lady Chakrasul, Goddess of Corruption, Who has bestowed upon us Her Gifts of Fear, Despair, Avarice, Malice, and Might so that we might pursue and obtain our desires.

We will honour Lady Lexadhra, the Indelible, Whose mind holds all that is worth remembering.

We will honour Lord Ivoln, the Earthen Lord, Who offers liberation from the limitations of the Cycle.

We will honour Lord Abhorash, the Hegemonist, Who has claimed Divinity for Himself as a testament to His Tyranny.

We will honour Lord Bamathis, the Warlord, Who has sworn to defend Sapience and Who hones us through Strife and battle.

We will not honour Those Who would see the potential of mortality crippled by the obsolete Cycle, nor will we honour Those Who have allied Themselves with the Albedi. Their shrines will be removed from our territories, one way or another.
