Have more than two people who can move troops. Have a lot more, really. Cover every single possible point of the week, if you can. If you don't, Ohlsana's army will cover every possible point of the realm in Her rot - and your city already cannot keep up with its growth.

We have all fought and bled, marched divisions and clusters and battalions of durdalis, knight, and horror.

Where are your hoplites?

Cease hiding behind these facade of military incompetence and these grand showing of building coalitions - or else just admit that it is not an act. I care not which, but the sooner we dispense with this phase of your political playacting or your genuine inability to manage a military force, the faster we can move on with repelling this threat in earnest.
