We told you this would happen when you opened your gates to the Albedi. We told you this would happen when you embraced the enemy of all Sapience. We told you this would happen when you decided as a point of pride to claim a piece of land without being prepared to shoulder the burden and the duty that came with it. You have failed, miserably and completely, and you have further imperiled everything that is relevant to the existence of all.


In the light of your failure, you come to us now with a request of standing shoulder to shoulder. You offer the idea of unification against this threat as if it were a newfound idea of hope and possibility, championed by you. For how long have the Shadow Wardens held that gate while you've done nothing but inhibit them and castigate them at every turn? For how long now has the Legion fought tooth and nail for every scrap of our Creation while you do nothing but piss on us and open your arms to our enemies?


The Legion will fight this incursion because it is our charge. Our duty. It has been our charge and our duty since inception, and never have we wavered. We'll fight, but I won't have it said it's because you, Duiran, have called for unification. We'll keep doing the duty we've always done REGARDLESS of what you want.


I'll say this once. Release Sterion back into the hands of Spinesreach, the rightful and capable guardians of the gates. The Legion will retain a full network of shrines across this area of incursion, and you will NOT take action against them.
