I come to you all once more to speak of the rebuilding of Masilia. We have made great progress in the last month and it is all thanks to our most gracious benefactors. Supplies are being brought in daily and our workers are more motivated than ever to get the job done. My Secondus has also informed me that all of our debts to the suppliers will be paid in full and with interest.

With all of that being said, I have a few special thanks to dole out. The town of Masilia would not even remotely be close to being rebuilt if it were not for the Bloodlochian Empire and the Duirani Council. Your efforts and hard work are much appreciated and to show our gratitude, Dolus and I have agreed upon a few incentives to strengthen the bond and friendship we have gained with both the Empire and Council. We hope it will meet to your satisfaction.

While there is still much do be done, your work in our rise from near extinction is almost complete and ours has just begun. We will be blockading the entrance to Masilia around the howling so that our construction can be completed. This should only take about two weeks, after which we will reopen once more to invite all of Sapience within our town once more.

Again, we cannot thank you all enough.
