The foolishness of the cycle to assume that the sick, pestilent, dying plane of Dendara will continue to sustain the imprudent greed of its living with such a bounty for years to come is in fact one of the most amusing things I have written.

Were it not for the persistent vigilance of the Praadi an-Kiar, the sacrifice of a Goddess, and the fervent need of the Hunter to preserve nature, the plants would wither away and succumb to the rot that the cycle represents.

So too, will we face this truth one day as mortal kind. When our senseless touting of endless bounty is met with withered roots and thorn-pricked hands that tug upon the final dregs of life in the detritus of Nature's demise.

You have this arrogance now while Nature continues to allow you to suck freely of the teat that spills its bounty upon your open mouths and allows its nectar to dribble off your chins, but it will be not forever.

The Earth persists and Nature is dying.
