As chaplain, one comes to understand most Divine ask, no, demand of Their chosen, to ever march onwards, to never remain within the sludge of stagnation. Growth is what life asks of us, and whatever else - the Sanguine Fist retains its grip upon the world because its members embrace Growth.

This day I announce the Bloodlochian Summer Fete: it shall take place in Lleian this year, half a day before the first Howling of the month. The Alcazar's ballroom (coordinates 9310) will be the venue, a fine place to hold music, dancing, and feasting of many kinds.

There is, as is the case with many such events, a theme: Glory and Progress. Prepare your fineries in keeping with them, and Bloodloch will see the finest-dressed and the finest-danced rewarded. And after the rewards, who knows what might be in store?

Wise men know there is much good rest can bring in between periods of strife and conquest; we extend our hand to those of Spirit, brave and adventurous enough to take a peek at what the Empire may offer its allies and citizens, to participate. Disruption, of course, shall be dealt with. Circumspection shall also be called for from those of you who choose to attend.
