A lesson in science

Dear Imperator Nipsy Cardinalis, the Little Warlord,
You are quite skilled at the art of obfuscation. Your reading comprehension draws into question the quality of education you recieved at Gorshire University. I'm sure most of what I actually wrote went over your head. I'll be sure to use small words this time.
You have not provided a hypothesis. I'm sure you have confused this for a hypotenuse, given that longwinded response to avoid answering any of my questions in short and missing the all the right points. This isn't a lesson in trigonometry, however. A hypothesis is what we in the scientific community would call a theory. I've been told you postulate that a homunculus may be formed and something about artificial souls. The details are real fuzzy, and I'm glad you publicly acknowledge that I've tried to reach out to you directly prior to my news post. It's really hard to conduct science, good science, amidst war and conflict. That is a cost of never knowing peace. One might even theorize the Spirean troops you so desperately needed are to cause a diversion so you can find some peace to finish your little book report. Oh wait, that was stated as a fact. May we never know peace indeed. Peace for me, not for thee, as Imperator Nipsy likes to say.
I'm calling your bluff. If the research notes aren't lost and you in fact have them, and this pilfered magician was successful in creating a homonculus or artificial souls, then you already have everything you would need to reproduce their results. You either cannot replicate the results, meaning the science part fell a little short, or you do not have the research notes. We're lead to believe this Ondromikios Ijandrimali was a peerless scholar with a lofty achievement that you and yours crave. A promise so enticing you've suckered Spinesreach into believing you'd even share it! I sincerely hope the Secretariat takes note of your public admission of the organizations of the Empire to not divulge all details of their workings, though. Can't be sharing all that fancy experimentation you promised them.
The alternative hypothesis, of course, is you're just really bad at science. Or reading. You can read, right?
My requests are hardly a high bar to clear. For someone so esteemed I could see how you might need a ladder. Hypothesis. Methods. Replication. I'm not asking for results. You remind me of a petulant child who refuses to share their toys.
Go back to your sandbox and have fun playing scientist until Daddy calls you.
