Regarding my terms, they really were quite simple. Our issues were not with Spinesreach in this matter.

- Spinesreach would surrender and vow not to do as they have been in the shadows: no offering of aide, troop support, currency to Bloodloch, or anything officially sanctioned by, or created in, Spinesreach.

Duiran understands you can't control individuals, and citizens on the field of battle would have been considered and immunity offered to those who had valid reasons to fight alongside Bloodloch.

From this standpoint, I am not sure what Spinesreach declaring war on us has done for all of you.
