For Duiran to consider any potential cease-fire in hostilities, the following terms must be met:


- One(1) Parched grove near the Tarea Range, once grassland now dessicated desert, must be repaired.

- The Earthen monolith which caused its defilement will be purified or barricaded so that it will no longer harm the plant life around it. This same protective feature will be implemented upon the remaining four(4) Earthen monoliths, so they do not corrupt their locations.


The above will obviously need a group of Earthen, Shamans, and Sentinels working together to succeed. Duiran does understand the importance of the monolith itself - and while placed in a poor position - it is supposedly keeping the Sorcerer-Kings prisoner.

Your Chair already rejected the concept of terms last week, before I had written them. If you wish to negotiate terms for a cessation of hostilities, you will need to encourage him to do what is in Spinesreach's best interests, instead of being Bloodloch's puppet.
