Following an incident from an individual residing from the Duiran Council and now an individual from the Beacon violating this edict, consider this to be a formal missive in my capacity as both Senator and Warden of the Ironmaw:

Future violations of non-citizenry piking the heads of individuals, whether they be Spirean or not, within the boundaries of the city, its territories, or areas that fall under the Lion's jurisdiction, will be met with the full penalties ascribed under the Lion's penal code. Specifically:

Criminal Offense Category I - Foreign Vandalism. A Class C crime that will be enforced with a penalty of Banishment.

In addition, violation of this edict will warrant violations of Category E - Agitated Noncompliance, as well as Category B - Simple Bedlam. Blatant violations may additionally warrant further charges as appropriate.

Warnings will no longer be provided and ignorance of the law will no longer be an excuse. All are encouraged to review HELP LAWS SPINESREACH as appropriate. Should there be any inquiries over our laws, please direct your questions to either myself or a Senator of the Lion.
