Greetings Sapience,

Many years ago, our ancestor in the Beacon participated in a practice that would come to be known as "blanket enemying." In years since, this practice has been put aside, yet nothing was done to right the wrongs, to correct the statuses that were handed like candy to those who had committed no actual crime against the Beacon, beyond simply existing in their state or belonging to their organization of choice.

In fairly recent memory, individuals have approached the Beacon and been refused. I wish to make it known that, should any individual previously enemied under these old laws wish to reapply for clemency, their application will be sincerely considered.
