Flatlanders,

I am Claw Jenash of Neicel Arget, charged by the Exarch Rholva of the Dehkay Plateau to speak her will. In the interests of encouraging trade and cultural exchange and other such rubbish, the Exarch wishes to extend an invitation to the flatlands to visit Neicel Arget and the Cradle of Fire during the upcoming Day of New Life.

Those of you who attended the last disastrous opening of our borders will be glad to hear the damage from the rampaging dragon god has been repaired. The same cannot be said for our politicians, proving that it is true what they say about silver linings.

There will, I am told, be an egg-hunting game in the Ebon Basin with - I am sure - deep and meaningful religious themes, ties and such. There may be prizes. The date for both the opening of the border and this quaint pursuit will be somewhere shortly after the 21st of Misdummer, 465MA - that is to say, approximately a week from now.
