Unfortunately, it would seem that his transportation would spread the sludge to the Dehkay Plateau on its return trip before he even reached our northern gate. He admitted to securing the taerilan illegally, and he was dismissive of the situation despite our attempts to impress upon him the gravity of his predicament.

In the spirit of our cordial relationship, the city of Spinesreach offers its assistance in distributing the cure and the recipe for its creation to the Second Imperium. Spinesreach was also infected thanks to the careless actions of lesser beings, so we naturally sympathize with your situation, and it would be a shame for the relationship between our nations to be soured by the careless actions of a single, lowly Teac.
