You are hereby advised that the Dehkay Plateau suffers an outbreak of your foul pestilence, apparently carried by the feet of an itinerant Taerilan within the last week. It is well in hand, and will not spread far, but the danger to our people has now become blatantly apparent. Our prior policy of meeting and deporting interlopers has been replaced with orders to shoot and kill on sight.
