Oh, yes. The classic "I know you are, but what am I" argument.
You'll find, Doyen, that beliefs and circumstances can change over the
course of a year. I thought Spinesreach could be saved, back then. But
it's been made clear to me many times over that the only way to truly
'save' it is to raze it into smoking ruins and exterminate all of the
corrupted vermin that scurry from its shattered husk.
We will start with its guards and citizens, and when none are left to
stand against us, we will topple its spires. Judging by my calculations,
a few well-placed holocaust bombs can demolish even the mightiest tower.
Even the Ankyreans had to obey the rules of physics. I'd love to test
this theory.
