Following the death of the former High Priestess of Moghedu, Layentesh,
I have assumed power over the mountainhome. As such, I wish to make some
immediate clarifications as to what this entails. The Priestly caste
will no longer rule Moghedu nor determine policy for all castes. The
policy they now determine concerns their own caste only, with a
representative from the caste serving upon my council - as with all the
other castes. I preside over Moghedu as Queen.

Moghedu no longer claims inherent authority over Mhun outside Moghedu. I
affirm that Mhun within and without are to be held as equals in all
respects. Moreover, understanding that there are as many strains of
belief among Mhun as there are grains of sand, my reign will not uphold
or endorse any particular religious understanding. Whether you believe
in the Albedi gods, the Gods of Sapience, or hold no worship whatsoever,
is immaterial. I only care about racial loyalty.

I have some other immediate announcements:

* No Mhun of Moghedu will practice the Syssin arts from this point
onward.
* Likewise, no Mhun of Moghedu will embrace Undeath or become one of the
Consanguine.
* However, only service to Bloodloch will condemn a Mhun who does any of
these things.
* Reparations will be given to Orcs who have fled the Siroccians or
their descendants, as repayment for the crimes that Moghedu has
committed against them. I am available for contact in this regard.
