People of Sapience, your attention, please.

On behalf of the Talon Council and my Exarch, Lady Rholva, I am pleased
to extend an invitation to the folk of the flatlands to attend the
Festival of the Dark Sun in the temple-city of Neicel Arget in three
weeks time. The people of Spinesreach are particularly welcome on the
Plateau, as they have been stalwart allies to the Second Imperium.

This festival will be held for five full weeks, and passage to and from
Neicel Arget will be provided for the duration of the celebration. The
Dark Sun is a holy time for the people of the Plateau, and we request
that those who attend do so with the full understanding that they
represent the first flatlander presence in Neicel Arget for many
centuries.

In addition, the Second Imperium will be convening a summit on the third
day of the festival in order to discuss the current political situation
around Massai, the Daughters, and the flatlands in general, as well as a
few internal matters that will be of little interest to Sapience. We
would ask that two delegates be chosen from each city that is interested
in attending, in order to represent them during these discussions.

I look forward to welcoming the arrival of the Dark Sun alongside the
people of Sapience.
