Addressed to: Everyone
Wylliam,
You claim to remove me from your record of enemies, yet you threaten to
return me to the list if I were to step foot within the Council. I am
not an enemy in name, but in effect.
You pay mere lip service to the divine mandate that all who hold the
Hunter's artifacts are free to be hunted. You play with technicalities
to avoid repercussion.
I accept your bounty. 10,000 gold sovereigns is not wealth enough for
anyone to try.
If I break no law while within the confines of the Council and you
decide nonetheless brand me an enemy, then you, or whoever does so in
your stead, shall too become my enemy.
