Chair,
why anyone would call herself after furniture is beyond me, but no matter. As you may or may not have been notified, a few of yours have chosen to cause some minor ruckus in Bloodloch. This, obviously, cannot be left unanswered.
As such, it appears you have a choice to make.
One, if these few have acted without your consent, then the correct action to take would be to to terminate their citizenship, and cease whatever protection your city could afford to them. A public scribing condemning their actions would be a nice touch.
Two, if you do support this little escapade, you may elect to do nothing, or to inform us that this is the case. Then, your city shall have the pleasure to host our target practice exercises for the foreseeable future.
For what it is worth, I find these hostilities regrettable, and would prefer to see them end, so we both may focus on more important matters. However, unless and until you start acting like a leader and do what is needed to keep your unruly citizens in line, things are going to escalate. Whether you wish to be remembered as one who has allowed this to happen, is up to you.
These, then, are your options. Choose wisely.
On behalf of the city of Bloodloch,
Haruspex Ilyon Bahir'an, Overlord of the Dominion, and the Warlord of Kornar
Penned by my hand on Quensday, the 2nd of Lanosian, in the year 454 MA.
