In recent times it been brought to our attention that you have been granting sanctuary to those of the cities of Duiran and Enorian, with your denizens allowing them safe passage to the lower levels. This is very disappointing Krisiina at best and at worst reflects upon the quality of the offspring being cultivated in your nurseries. Indeed, tributes of coinage and healthy blood supply to the Dominion have become extremely lackluster in the past few decades and as such it can only be assumed that this recent consignment is contributing to your complacency. Hence out of necessity and to ensure a quality product is maintained in the future a culling will be held to aid with the purging of this weakness from your tunnels.

We will arrive on the 20th day of Arios with the howling for a period of one full week ending on the 1st of Chakros. We ask only that you open the nurseries for our inspection and to the rest of sapience do not interfere with our work in tunnels of Xaanhal or be slaughtered on sight.
